since Ron had a dream of being in an airplane crash two nights ago, and I had a car jacking dream last night, I took a look at online dream dictionaries
I am not currently in possession of a printed dream dictionary -- I know, one of the few types of dictionaries I don't have
I always wanted one to use it to interpret poems -- and in fact, I have done that from time to time with poems which have dreams in them, or poems which are dreamlike in some way -- as many neo surreal poems not operating with too much manguage slippage are --
so, the two interpretations of airplane crash:
Airplane Crash

and the I found something about indigo children -- stories children tell about themselves when they are very young -- I have known one 2 year old "queen of the snakes" who, her mom said, did seem to have an unusual relationships to snakes (mostly that she saw in zoos, mostly taken there because of this claim to see and rule over snakes)
ok, car jacking -- Ron says it has to be a dream because who would want your car --

Overall, this dream symbol is an indication of your dependence and degree of control you have on your life.
To dream that you car has been stolen, indicates that you are being stripped of your identity.
ok, so I was at a rest stop -- this was a very long dream very closely related to driving up to SF this weekend -- and the car was car jacked / stolen (with my cell phone in it -- and 911, the local police and security were not helpful --
[earlier in the dream, midtown Manhattan, which I was visiting with Julie Galdieri (we took the subway uptown even though she's an upper westsider), was so crowded with tourists you needed tickets & to wait in line to get into Saks Fifth Avenue and St. Patrick's -- this is all almost true! given my last visit to midtown with adeena Karasick]
why do all of these dictionaries say "see automobile"??? it is like some bad yellow pages; who dreams of an automobile rather than a car?
