so, aside from the obvious nest of considerations around creating a member of the opposite sex (adult?) in order to have an adult relationship, there is a nexus of problems, issues, acculturations, misunderstandings, with already-existing, or... not sui generis, but created by others, members of the opposite (or same) gender,,,,

the same considerations rise to the fore with artifice vs. nature -- because a human is *reacting* and acting....
